What's the difference between the Fabric and Rattan versions?

The Fabric version features a pleated polyester fabric shade with a clean, structured Nordic look. The Rattan version is handwoven from rattan, offering a more organic, textured appearance with a warm, dappled light effect. Both feature the same brass hardware and ceiling rose.

How do I clean the fabric shade?

Use a soft dry brush or cool air from a hairdryer on the lowest setting to remove dust from the pleats. Avoid water, liquid cleaners, and abrasive products, as they may damage the fabric or alter its colour. Handle the delicate wavy edges with care when cleaning or adjusting.

Does this pendant include a bulb?


Yes. An E27 warm white LED bulb is included. The pendant operates on 90–260V, making it fully compatible with Australian 230V power. For the warmest ambient glow, we recommend a 2700K, 6–8W non-dimmable E27 LED. This pendant is not dimmable.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after that — so 6–13 business days total from purchase. Customs checks can occasionally add 2–3 extra days.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. It just needs to be unused, uninstalled, and sent back in its original packaging with all accessories included. No restocking fees. Email info@falkeryn.com with your order number to start a return.
