Delivery Times

All orders follow the timeline below:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM GMT+1 (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may extend delivery by one additional day.

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Once processed, your order is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.

Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days from purchase date

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections. If customs processing is required, please allow an additional 2–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, first review your tracking updates.

If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:

  • Check around your property and with neighbours or safe-drop locations
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, if necessary.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange either a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
