Shipping Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery to Australia typically takes 5–10 business days.

Your total estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days from the date of purchase. In rare cases where customs inspection is required, please allow an additional 2–3 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders include free standard shipping to Australia, with no minimum spend required. The price at checkout is the final price you pay.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Falkeryn ships exclusively within Australia. We are actively working on expanding to additional regions in the future.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order anytime via the Order Tracking page. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

We do not charge any restocking fees.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry if that happens — it’s not the experience we aim to deliver.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at info@falkeryn.com within 30 days of delivery.

We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.


Can I exchange my item?

Yes. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, contact us at info@falkeryn.com, and we will arrange an exchange for you.


Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All purchases are covered by a 30-day warranty.

If any issue arises within this period, contact us and we will resolve it promptly. You are also protected under Australian Consumer Law, which provides additional rights beyond our store warranty.


Orders

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Email us at info@falkeryn.com with your order number as soon as possible. After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already entered fulfilment.


What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us at info@falkeryn.com with your order number.

Occasionally, customs inspections may add 2–3 business days to delivery times.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue either a replacement or full refund.


Can I place a bulk order?

Yes. We support bulk orders for businesses, interior designers, and trade customers.
