At Falkeryn, every piece is designed to elevate your space, and we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be straightforward, fair, and stress-free.


Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, contact us at info@falkeryn.com within 24 hours of purchase, including your order number. We’ll cancel it promptly.

After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible if your order has already entered fulfilment. Once an item has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it once delivered under our returns process below.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. There are no restocking fees.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, components, and documentation

Our team will guide you through each step of the return process.


Who Covers Return Shipping?

We cover return shipping when:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Parts or components are missing

  • The product does not match its description

In these cases, we will arrange return shipping at no cost and offer either a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

You cover return shipping when:

  • You changed your mind

  • The item does not suit your space or décor

  • You ordered the wrong product

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable in change-of-mind returns.


How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email info@falkeryn.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with return approval and instructions.

Step 2 — Prepare Your Item

Repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Step 3 — Send It Back

Follow the return instructions provided in your approval email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to confirm safe delivery.


Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.


Exchanges

We also offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size, style, or finish, simply email info@falkeryn.com, and we’ll help arrange a suitable replacement quickly and efficiently.


Order Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 6–13 business days, please contact us at info@falkeryn.com with your order number.

We will immediately investigate with the carrier.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue either a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.


Items We Cannot Accept for Return

The following items are non-returnable once received:

  • Lighting products that have been installed or hardwired

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Custom-made or special-order items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

These exclusions are always clearly stated on the relevant product pages prior to purchase.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to a repair or replacement if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards.

Falkeryn may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date at the top. Continued use of our website after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
